These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and your purchase of products from our brand, Ayìnkẹ́ Regal. By accessing or using our website to make purchases, you are bound by these terms which together with our privacy policy govern the products supplied by our brand.
Definitions
The term, ‘Ayìnkẹ́ Regal’ or ‘our’ or ‘us’ refers to the owners of this website and a Lifestyle Brand registered in Nigeria. ‘Customers’ or ‘you’ refers to any individual or entity purchasing products from our brand.
Products
Ayìnkẹ́ is a Lifestyle Brand with 3 creative expressions:
- Frankincense by Ayìnkẹ́ Regal
- Purple by Ayìnkẹ́ Regal
- Jewel by Ayìnkẹ́ Regal (coming soon – a lingerie line)
All products are accurately displayed and described on our website. We cannot guarantee that your phone, tablet or PC’s display will accurately capture the colours of our products.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, or to reject orders at our discretion.
Description of our Products
This website contains the description of our fragrances; Mauno, Ayìnkẹ́, Kuzaa, Okiki and Shujaa and our Fashion Capsule; Omoluabi Shirt, Nwanyi Set, Sarauniya Kimono, Oliyeyo Kimono. The descriptions are to guide you on your choice. You must be sure of the fragrance you choose if you want to purchase a fragrance or the right size of clothing you want if you are going for the fashion capsule before you check out as we operate a strict no-refund policy.
Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on our website are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US dollar (USD) and are inclusive of VAT.
Payment for orders are made in full at the point of checking out. We accept payment via Stripe, and Paystack.
Shipping and Logistics
We operate local and worldwide delivery systems. Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout based on the location and weight of the order.
For orders within Nigeria, we dispatch within 7 working days of receiving payment, and for delivery outside Nigeria, we dispatch within 14 working days of receiving payment. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and available shipping method.
Refunds Policy
Our refund policy only applies to the perfume collection as we may not be able to make refunds on clothing tailored to your size and preference. You can only return items within 14 days after delivery.
Conditions for Return
- In the occasion where the Customer receives a damaged product or a product different from what was purchased. The Customer has to notify us immediately within these 14 days.
- Returned items must be new, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- We reserve the right not to accept any product which we believe has been used or damaged after delivered to you.
- In the case a Customer demands payment of returned products due to damage on our part, we will make full payment for the cost of the product but the delivery fee cannot be refunded.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our website and brand are owned by us. Customers may not use our Brand Name, Logo or any other Intellectual Property without our written consent.
Privacy
We gather and handle personal data following our Privacy Policy available on our site. Your use of our website and product purchases imply consent to how we collect and use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Nigeria and will be interpreted accordingly. Any disputes concerning these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively resolved by the courts of Nigeria.
